O.G. Bandits Cooking Class
Saturday-Sunday, March 11th -12th, 2023
7:00 P.M. Saturday night-meat selection, trimming, and injections.
6:00 A.M. Sunday- Class start time Class will cover all aspects of competition BBQ. We will go over our timeline, show and use all our injections and rubs , and run through a normal cook for us all the way to turn in boxes!
Great for teams just starting out and wanting to see the work that goes into a comp cook or even a seasoned team just wanting to shig!

Test Cook
Saturday March 11th, 2023
Open to any and all cook teams.
Bring as much or as little as you need to prepare your food. Electricity will be available.
Up to three turn-ins per category per team
Scored and tabulated KCBS style by KCBS CBJs.
After each round of Turn-ins you will be judged and then brought in and given feedback by the judges.
You do not have to do all four categories.
Cost is $4.00 per box.

3:00 P.M Rib Turn-in
3:30 P.M. Rib Feedback
4:00 P.M Pork Turn-in
4:30 P.M Pork Feedback
